No bad habits, not subject to drug use and addiction
BMI is between 18 and 24
Possess a college degree or above
No genetic diseases or infectious diseases that may influence fertility.
*Sperm donors who meet the conditions set out above and have been recognized by the hospital as a qualified sperm donor who have never donated or have donated but the donee does not give live birth and have no sperm or embryos frozen, may donate again

Registration for sperm donation
Our staff will then contact qualified donors.

Physical examination
Visit the clinic to take the initial physical examination and receive a semen analysis.

Waiting for matching
Please be patient and wait for the matching result.

Arrangement for sperm collection
Arrange for sperm collection and freezing.

Blood test
Conduct another blood test six months later to check for infectious diseases (to ensure that the donor is not subject to any disease in the stage of latent period). There must be no abnormality.

Postoperative care
Receive a subsidy of up to NT8,000 on the day of sperm collection.
